[Bug: 7.5b6 (550740)] QUE blueprints not rewarded upon receiving rank

just noticed I didn't receive blueprints for any of the new QUE modules when I received my +10 and +20 ranks with them. this is an older (pre-Timelines), modded custom start (creative) save so I was below 10 reputation when they were added in-game when I installed timelines. but I believe it has something to do with how custom start sets everything up as I've seen this kind of problem before, and I suspect it's also the the same mechanism behind what this player is facing, who has an unmodded save.

for now the only workaround would be to EMP and steal the blueprints in-game, or edit my save file to add the blueprints manually.

.. and another report here. Unfortunately, with no vanilla saves linked the devs have nothing concrete to investigate further.
