The station i am meant to deliver the missile and weapon components to does not have any storage, so i can not deliver cargo to it. Is there a workaround?

Without any information to work with and no savegame to look at, it's unlikely anyone is going to be able to offer you relevant advice. See the very first thread at the top of the forum for instructions on how to provide the information needed.

I was confused, i thought the rep upgrade ! was the delivery station, sorry for the confusion.
