Stuck in Paranid Story missions - bugged out character

I am stuck in the Paranid Story mission.

Finished stuff with Gride and found Kromancketslat in Lasting Vengeance

I escorted Kromancketslat's to Cardinal's Redress, but now he has been sitting there for days. just sitting in the middle of the system.
Not sure if the Xenon blew up the station he wanted to visit or he got bugged out some other way , but I am stuck on this. It's been a Day( Game Time not RL) of waiting checking back with him and waiting some more.

I am quite sad I can't finish his story mission in the Game file I started when X4 came out.

Does anyone have any idea how to reset him without modifying the game?
Am I missing something?

I completed the whole split storyline and he has not moved

I have tried to shoot and ram him.
I even tried to destroy most station in the sector - dont remember if I destroyed all though.

he just does not want to negatioate
