On steam press play, screen goes black for approx 5 seconds then crash box pops up.

I've verified files, I've completely removed and re installed. The game has played on my PC in the past with zero issues. I'ved tried regular version and Public Beta version.

Re: Crash on Launch
From the crash, it looks like something's very wrong with your game installation. Did you previously have any mods installed? If so then it looks like there are some bits of those mods left behind. If not then I'm really not sure what's going on, as the files as supplied by Steam don't have the problem you're seeing.

Re: Crash on Launch
Just in case, the DxDiag shows that your AMD onboard graphics driver has a lot of 'Unknowns' listed in its properties. It might be worth doing a clean reinstall of that driver and its Vulkan to see if that helps as the graphics device drivers and Vulkans do talk to each other.
The DxDiag Windows Error Reporting shows a lot of Tobii Eyetracking corrupt/missing file errors (do you use Tobii with X4?) and Microsoft YourPhone MoBEX issues too. It might be worth sorting those issues out if you can.

Looks like this was it, I cleaned out the Extensions folder completely and then verified files and the game launched.CBJ wrote: ↑Fri, 13.
