- Many missions require assigning personnel as pilots, marines, or managers to destination NPC station with minimum morale requirements. Therefore the player needs to take into account both morale and the main skill (with main skill sometimes playing less of a role - see the point below).
- When improving personnel main skills through use of piloting and management seminars, it makes more sense to pick personnel with high morale and low main skill over those that have high main skill nad low morale, since it is harder to improve the morale than the main skill (due to lack of morale-improving seminars and RNG/time involved). Using higher level seminars on low-morale personnel is a major waste since morale will be the main limiting factor in improving efficiency (and assignment possibilities) of such personnel.
Additionally, although the morale level can be reviewed by expanding personnel details or selecting personnel from the list, this has to be done on one-by-one basis, which becomes tedious very quickly once the player starts to build up the ship assets (because personnel has tendency to grow even faster).
To make decision-making process less tedious and easier to handle, it would be beneficial if the following changes were made to the "Personnel Management" menu:
- Show "Morale" as an additional column in the table (in addition to the "Skill" column).
- Allow player to sort personnel by "Morale".
- When sorting by the "Skill" value, always use "Morale" as secondary sorting criterion (and vice-versa).
Using morale as secondary criterion for sorting might already be the case, I am not 100% sure on it.
