Boso Ta insufficient funds lock

Latest Steam version. During the mission "An Ethical Challenge", if you provide Boso with all goods he requires, but don't have 1,000,000cr, any interaction with him will have the game stuck in a dialogue window you can't escape from (all keys unresponsive, Saving not possible at this time).
