[#3044] 7.10 HF3 Escorts fail to enter Travel Drive, left with erroneous order

In this save I recently ordered Task Force A, a group of 3 destroyers, to kill a Kha'ak installation. You can see that the leader has flown through an accelerator, and the subordinates are following... but for some reason they forgot to enable travel drive. They continue at this glacial pace until they pass the accelerator.

Then, the leader only waits for *one* to be in the system before leaving again. When the last escort enters the system, since the fleet is already gone, it keeps its order to fly to the accelerator instead of getting a new order to follow the leader. I watched this twice and got that result both times, so you should hopefully be able to reproduce it.

Overall the performance of this fleet movement is pretty non-functional. Slower than if I had sent three ships individually and without even the benefit of keeping them together. Even as I watch, the nearer escort has dropped out of travel drive far away from the next gate, the leader is on the other side, and the far escort is at the first accelerator which it still has an order to fly to.
