Hi, through a combo of black lists, both on ships and on stations. Is it possible to set up a trade station to be supplied by my factories, but only deliver to other factions?

Yes. You need two trade rules, one for just your faction, and one for whatever factions you want to sell to.

The buy order for the wares are set to trade with your station only. The sell order is set to the other, that will sell to whoever but your own faction.

If you want outbound traders, you need to have them assigned to the station and then give them a trade blacklist to match your selling trade rule.
