I am doing a little piracy with the Empyrean Curs, the Tangling with the Teladi. I am asked to attack the MIN Phoenix E. However this ship was destroyed before I could attack it.
What do I do now?

OK I found the wreakage of the MIN Teladi E and shot at it. This caused the mission to finish.
