Split recycling Q

Using the Cheat menu I just added a recycling factory to Split.
It has other type of productions.
Create a plot - plan the build/use and existing one saved - Select the plot - Open Cheat Menu - Modify ship - Selected - Set faction.
Is there anyway to give operational Manticore to them? In a way they will build and use them?

I think Egosoft has already worked out our doom, because Xenon AI will reach the stars! :D
