Build Storage not using Station's build resources

I know this has come up a few times before, I feel like this used to be working and now it stopped again.

My station has the resources and the cargo drones - but the materials, or sometimes just *some* of the materials, don't transfer over by themselves.

I went to upload some screen shots, it looks like I might have to upload them to an image hosting service before hand?

Yes, thats sadly true. I had the same problem like you.

My HQ produces Hullparts and has half full storage. It also produces energy cells.
I added one module. The builder got the energy cells the next seconds send but no hull parts while i had around 30k hullparts lying around with no reservations from any traders.
