New and Repeating Crashes

Started playing X4 on desktop a few weeks ago. Love it. Ran smoothly, no hiccups, new addiction. I'm away from home a lot for work, so started playing on my laptop. Works beautifully. Came home today to my desktop for the first time in a couple weeks and started out getting crashed on Autosave. Went through and did all the normal Windows 11 updates, Nvidia updates, checked firmwares and drivers, etc. Game began crashing randomly, not just with autosave. Verified Steam files, uninstalled new software, multiple reboots. Game started crashing on save load. Came to the internet, reset all BIOS parameters to default. Game is now crashing on launch and isn't dumping every time. Event viewer isn't picking it up unless it gets started for more than a minute or two. I've hit my knowledge limit. Help?

7.10 Hotfix 3, English, vanilla.

No idea what start I did. It's the one starting with Hatikvah as an Argonian, but since it's crashing now on start I don't think that's the issue.

Looking at your DXDiag, and taking a quick look at one or two of your crashdumps, I'm afraid it looks like you've run into the Intel 13th/14th generation CPU issue that has been causing so many problems for people. Take a look at this post, and this thread for some explanation.
