manticore not salvage the void sector

Hello!

At some point, I discovered that there was no miner in The Void. Manticores also do not collect scrap metal. I've tried several different mods, but I'm still experiencing the same problems.
even after reinstalling the game and restarting it in unmodified game. Is it a problem with the game?

If I build a scrap processing plant in The Void, My manticores collect scrap metal from Getsu Fune/Second Contact II Flashpoint/Frontier Edge.
I even set up a blacklist to only have The Void active.
Just saying 'There is no useful debris in the permitted area'.
and dismiss blacklist at station, Just go another sector and salvaging to station of void.
Many s/m xenon wreck in here, and new one is here

I have unmodified save file, how do i upload this?

Check if you have a Blacklist that blocks ships from going into sector with dangerous regions.
