7.10 LAG Always 1fps

Lag occurs at the startup screen, title screen, and all game screens.
The image is being refreshed every second and is at 1 fps.

Version and language (e.g. 7.10 Hotfix 1, English, etc.).
7.10 CoH SV / Japanese

Whether or not your game is modified using any third party scripts or mods (see note below).

Exact nature of the problem, where and when it occurs and what you were doing at the time.
Around 10/11.I had no problems when I played the day before, but the next day I had this bug.
It always occurs from the time the game is started and the company logo appears.
Lag also occurs at the title screen and after playing the game.
Music plays not lag.

Any possibly relevant changes you have made to your game, system, or software before the issue occurred.
No in particular.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
The bug was not cured.

10/11の前後。前日にプレーしたときは何の問題もなかったのに、翌日になってこのバグに見舞われた。
ゲームを起動し、会社ロゴが出る時から常時発生する。
タイトル画面でもラグが起き、ゲームを開始した後も同様。
音楽にラグはない。

It is also updated every 1 fps when moving the mouse and mouse over.

Please provide a DXDiag and vulkaninfo. Without those we have very little chance of being able to identify why this is happening on your system. The only thing I can suggest without seeing those is that maybe you have a debug version of Vulkan installed.

There's nothing immediately obvious in there, but you have several sound devices and not all the drivers are up to date. You could try disabling different sound devices, one by one, to see if one of those is causing the problem. Also look at your CPU utilisation in Task Manager to see whether something else is stealing all your CPU time.

You have had an issue with GamePro.exe and one article about it that I found said that it could be used to introduce advertising malware. I am not saying that this has happened to you, but it might be worth doing a system check for malware.

You do have a default Microsoft driver for your Realtek onboard sound chipset rather than a Realtek sound driver - typically such as Realtek R2.83 HD Audio Codec.
