"Remove all orders and assignments" does not remove "Dock and wait"-order

Version 7.10 hotfix 2 English from GOG with SV, CoH & ToA DLCs
OS: Windows 10

Scenario description:
Mining ship (Plutus Gas Sentinel) which assignment is "Hold Position" have been ordered to dock station ("Dock and Wait"-order is the last order in the task list).
While ship is docked the assignment is changed from "Hold Position" to "Sector Automine".

Issue:
If you right click the ship and choose "Remove all orders and assignments" it won't remove "Dock and wait" order from the list. This order needs be removed manually by pressing X after the order or choose "Return your duties"-command.
Shouldn't "Remove all orders and assignments" remove also "Dock and wait"-order?

There's Plutus Mineral VA (WNZ-329) docked to ALI Shipyard located in Sacred Relic.

It's current order is "Dock and wait" and current assignment is "Hold Position".
Change assignment to "Local AutoMine", choose any of ware type (e.g. Silicon) and assign sector to "Cardinal's Domain" and accept changes.
As ship does not raise (which is ok at this point) choose "Remove all orders and assignments".
Expected behaviour would be it cleans order list (Dock and wait) and changes assignment back to "Hold Position".

Instead it only changes the assignment to "Hold Position" but does not remove "Dock and wait"-order.
