[#2837][7.10 HF1] Deliver items quest: Menu stuck when player doesn't have items - Fixed in future update

I am currently in the Paranid Civil War quest where you have to deliver several items to Boso Ta after building the palace. I delivered everything except for 1 Spacefly Caviar, which I don't have. If I talk to Boso Ta right now, I cannot exit the menu as there is no "Back" button and I can't deliver the Caviar. At this point, I have to reload the last save.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load the savegame
2. Press F on Boso Ta
3. You are now stuck.
