How do you barter with QUE?
So, I haven't found any real answer to this question. My game is a custom (budgeted) start, and going to the Quetanauts systems doesn't offer me any barter mission. How do I interact with that faction, beyond the story introduction? I am thoroughly confused. Is it in a broken state right now?
