[#2746] Warning alert does not include new locally built ships

Hello,

I have a warning set to alert me whenever a Xenon of L or XL size appears in Savage Spur I.
I am attacking a Xenon shipyard that builds a K and there is no warning, that K appeared in Savage Spur I. I found out the hard way once my almost dead ship told me they are under attack.
A newly built ship should trigger the warning.
