I'm not sure if this is the right forum (maybe should be in spoilers), but as my suggestion is technical in nature, I figured I would start here first with the experts.
I'm trying to figure out which "unknown blueprint" I'm missing. I have 1 engine blueprint coming up as unknown, and I believe I've completed everything in order to unlock all there is to unlock. As a serial completionist, t's driving me crazy that I can't figure out what this last one may be. My guess is that it is associated with the Yasur Mk3 given out as part of the Venture beta (which I don't have access to), but I'm not sure.
Is there a way to data mine the game code to figure out the full list of what parts have blueprints, then I could go through one by one and figure it out for myself?

All blueprints are wares which are listed in wares.xml located in the libraries folder which is accessible once you've unpacked the catalogues. However, there is a catch: The official expensions have their own libraries>wares.xml files and, more important, all wares are listed there. Unfortunately the blueprints do not have a "special" tag to identify them. Only those not available for the player have a corresponding tag. Hence it will be a rather tedious task to check the wares files and compare them to the blueprints you already own.

Take a look at this excel file. I just recently posted a tool that drills down into the ware.xml file for modules that did exactly this (filtering out noblueprint / noplayerblueprint tags, among other things), but some tweaks I pulled this out for ship equipment.

- Fixed an error that removed a lot of wares.
- Manually removed the missiononly TER weapons added in Timelines DLC, as I am extacted v7.00 wares.xml and not v7.10!

So based on your data pull, it looks like what I'm missing is S Racing Engine Mk1. I'm not sure why I'd be missing that when I have every other racing part/engine (including the S Racing Engine Mk2). Bug? Feature? I thought I had done all the sandbox unlocks from Timelines.

The blueprint area of your game usually has the blueprints broken down by type (engines, weapons, production, connection, docks, etc). Each type will have at the right side of the list the number you have over the total# of blueprints. Is it indeed an engine blueprint you're missing? You could also check the custom game start creation and go through the blueprint list there

So using the custom game start editor is definitely the way to go! I have 131/133 engine BPs unlocked on my save. The Brane S All-Around Engine Mk1 is greyed out, which I'm not surprised about, but at least it's known. At the end of the list it says "1 unknown blueprints", which your spreadsheet and the game start editor confirmed to be S Racing Engine Mk1.
I don't know what if it's a bug or not that I don't have that one unlocked. I've gotten all 4 of the timelines racing ships in the sandbox, and have S Racking Engine Mk2 known and unlocked. Mk1 just seems to be missing. Maybe I missed something from the timelines quests, not sure?
If anyone is able to confirm if they have both on their save, it may shed some light on if it's just me or potentially a bug. Or maybe an admin or dev could chime in if it's intended that we only have the Mk2 unlocked?
