protection shortage : bug

so, there is absolutely no ships nearby and you cannot dock... for 2 hours i have been on a holding pattern to dock and i am now giving up on the quest. so BUG

What do you think the devs can possibly do from that report with no context, information nor evidence such as a link to a vanilla save?

as it states there are no other ships around, none on the way to the station none docked at station i am hovering close enough to see the docks and cannot dock there are no ship on the way to the dock, this is before and after a pulse from the sun. 2 hours only one pulse from the sun btw.... left the sector built a station. came back cant dock at the station.

this is for the mission protection shortage.... this is in tide break area. this HAS BEEN POSTED ABOUT BEFORE, not just by me. Not sure why it wont allow docking as there is no ships around or on the dock was about to go in with a spacesuit, but the tide finnally came by then i waited for another 1/2 hr after the tide and still couldnt dock no ships undocked either.
