Need Help Please - Terraforming - On The Edge

Been playing this game for years, but got myself in a little hole with a terraforming mission for ANT.
Try as I might, I just seem to be making the situation worse.
Can anybody with better experience and understanding than I guide me back out please?

What are the states of Methane and Temperature on that planet?

You have methane in atmosphere so that is something you need get rid. You need build Methane oxidizer and burn methane away. Side effect from this is you get carbon dioxide so you also need get rid from that.
Terraforming missions where you have methane and need burn it you should try prioritize that happen quite early as when you start improve planet oxygen levels via forrestation and food production those have positive side effect and they will reduce carbon dioxide levels.

For temperature make sure you either reduce or increase planet temprerature to be either blue (little bit cold) or green (optimal). If planet current temperature is white then you need warm it or if it's red then reduce the temperature.
For reducing planet temperature you will need either ice or graphene (depending which temperature related subtask you decide to perform).
In case you need raise planet temperature read carefully if there's any sideffects (like causing seismic activity aka earthquakes). You may want choose option which causes the least problems for rest of tasks.
If you have CoH DLC and have completed Pioneers plot then you also have option to use terran tech for improving planet conditions.

Note that you can always build a bubble city first and then get money from unrelated projects while collecting material for the big ones.
