Argon keeps getting hostile

Hello,

Argon keeps getting hostile towards my traders and stations and becomes really irritating, an answer on Reddit suggested that if their police finds an illegal cargo on one of my miners then all ships in the sector get hostile, although I set my global orders to ignore illegal wares, but why are they attacking in other sectors non-belonging to them ? I couldn't find any similar posts on this forum, anyone else noticed this issue? If I go to "Ships with inventory" there are no miners with inventory, only my collection ships which have a repeat order to drop inventory to my PHQ in Boron space.
I'm pretty sure I didn't press "Declare war" button, unless they declared on me without receiving a memo? I had my stations defend only, whenever they would get hostile their ships were getting destroyed and everything was quiet for a while and then it would begin again out of nowhere, while I had reputation +30 with them. At some point took one of their sectors since they kept attacking my traders, dropped to +21 and now it's +28 but then another "Unauthorised kill" just started. Would be really useful to get more information in Logbook for "Unauthorised kill" cases which one of my stations or ships attacked someone else... I had to disable the notification of "notify me" when police were scanning because there were just too many notifications of them.
I'm on unmodded 7.10 beta 5 Young Gun version, they've been doing that since 7.00, that's why I'm trying beta versions but same problem remains.
Also, although I did the story in favor of unification of ANT+ARG against TER, I noticed lately ANT are enemies with ARG now, any idea how that happened?
