[7.0][ALL Dlc]Explorer achievement is not unlocking.[SOLVED]

Game version: English 7.0 Steam
DLCs: All DLCs
Game start: Custom Game Start Budgeted
Exact problem: Explorer achievement (visited all sectors) is not unlocking. This is a second time I've attempted it. All sectors seem to be known and visited.

Been a long time, and I've received no help with it from anyone.

Is there a way to check the a achievement progress somewhere at least, so I could see which sectors are missing?
