[#2822] Diplomatic Outpost in Teladi Space Mission broken after attack

After an attack on the plot where the supposed quest station was to be built there is only the build storage left but no plot or any station parts anymore.

The quest jumped back to the Luxury Dock Area to be built (0/1)

The yellow quest line marker don't shows up anymore and I build a station to specs in the sector at another place.

Whenever something is finished building on the station the quest text blinks and makes a sound like a quest progression step - but actually never progresses.

Any way to get this thing unbroken?
