Split Storyline - Police issue *spoilers*

If you havent done the storyline and dont want anything spoiled go back. This whole post is going to be a spoiler tag so this is only warning. Im looking for help from people whove completed this storyline AND gotten the In Authority We Trust achievement.




So I have just gotten back from being arrested for stowing away. Im to prove my self or whatever. Dal Busta told me to he'd connect me with the police if i went and talked to him, so i did, on the funeral ship. Then i flew straight to the FRF defensne station. I dont remember if i got any additional comms from him. Looked all around the dock area only to never find the police, but ended up finding who i THINK is him, in the managers office. Theres some Secret Police guy there with a sunglasses icon next to his name, yet when I try to talk to him he just turns towards me. Nothing else. Doesn't engage with me in any way. Dal Busta is now on my PHQ and wont talk to me. Im afraid to push my mission forward. Currently im to go dock with Slave Trader 2, but i believe im supposed to inform the police BEFORE i do so that i get credit towards the Achievement. IDK what else to do at this point other than to wave bye-bye to that achievement this run. Which kinda sucks, as im around 24 in game days, and have just about completed my final terraforming project...
