Help optimize external camera speed

Hello, I am a new player and potentially a modder already, I am trying to find parameters to improve external camera view angular/position speed and acceleration when using Windows Middle mouse button + shift to look around, I am failing so far, is this hardcoded? Do we have the access to adjust this? Using v7.0.
I find the current external camera speed params too laggy for my taste of normal gameplay, I suppose it makes sense to use it that way if you want to 'lookaround' in a cinematic way and make recordings.
