Bug: Segaris Pioneers Start, avoiding being pulled through rift

Greetings entomologists,

I have accidentally avoided being pulled through a rift along with Player HQ by docking with Oberth. Despite this happening i was awarded ownership of the PHQ. Its location is marked as unknown, although you get the mission to dock with it and you get guidance towards it. The chat with Boso Ta happens as normal (as if you moved with the PHQ to another system), and what is a bit strange, when Boso sends you a ship to help you out, it spawns in your system, therefore in Gaian Prophecy... that rift became a temporary portal between systems, it seems.
