Custom Game Start & Habitats

Was wondering if the devs were considering adding more factions to game starts - mostly for RP purposes. You might want to RP an android-like lifeform built by Boso Ta to serve him or a Yaki refugee... which would be cool to have a Yaki model for example with glowing eyes. Personally i wanted to start as Segaris Pioneer in a custom game start but the only option would be a terran model.

Another wish to the devs would be to make an option for selecting factions spawning in the habitats. For example terran habitats built by players spawn some terran and some segaris npc's. Wish we could make them faction specific as the npc factions do... an option somewhere, where you could choose who you hire. Could be that hiring only faction specific crew would be spawning npc's at a slower rate, bet having an option to choose would make many roleplayers happy.

To those who know the magics of tinkering with the lines of code i have a question:
Is it possible to code a gamestart with a Segaris Pioneer character for a custom gamestart, one that i could import (even Najia Takio's model would be fine)?

Edit: Just noticed there is a model of Yaki - "Argon Male/Female I". Heh, silly me. Still, having more options than fewer would be nice. Perhaps a character customization tool? Really wanted one that looked like a human with just the glowing eyes implants and that cool yaki uniform.
