Start in Paused mode?

So my load time is now approaching five minutes, enough time to make myself a cup of chá. Not always enough time to solve the banter... would be helpful if it started paused so that I could do other things while the program loaded.

Does not appear to be an option, but would be greatly useful.

Just press pause on your keyboard, it does track it while loading.

... as long as you press pause on or after the famous quote during loading. Pressing pause during the 'Initialisation' screen will not work.

I didn't know that, thanks.
However I remember an option somewhere, I believe in the "Advanced/Expert" (Use with caution) settings, to load the game in a paused state.

I am certain it was there, though I don't know if it was added by a mod. I will check it out later when I get in my spaceship.

Sorry, I can't find the option. So yes It must have been something added by a Mod that I had installed in my previous playthrough.
