[Improvement] Reactive docking optional on Carriers

Using a corvette on a Carrier assignment is in theory a pretty good choice.
Only that with the slow docking speed and the missing option to leave M class ships undocked on a Carrier, these Corvettes are much longer in docking than anything else. And they wont abort the docking schedule to counter new threats as well if they are not attacked directly.
Therefore having corvettes assigned to a Carrier directly is practically not a good choice. To circumvent that I tend to use a destroyer like the old Odysseus to serve as an M Carrier. But that is a sub-obtimal workaround as the engagement range of the Odysseus is not aligned with the commander. And it can't be the purpose of an destroyer to serve as a workaround carrier.

With the way enemies, especially Xenon, often appear in waves one after another, this is most unproductive. And the workarounds unnecessary cumbersome.

I like that Egosoft has finally implemented a reactive docking. I used the mod "reactive docking" for that purpose before. What I don't like about the vanilla implementation is the missing option to leave the assigned ships undocked.

The solution would be rather simple, just another option in the existing drop down menu. (name it how you like this is just a suggestion)

-docked (as it is, ships stay docked)
-launched (as it is on non Carrier ships, ships stay in formation)
-standby (as it is on Carrier ships, docked ships undock to engage in combat)

Everything is already there, no need to hide existing options.

This would also allow to make better use of the available squads and leave a selection of ships to respond immediately, undocked. The fighters that are on standby then join the combat. In general, allowing for better tactical choices and fleet composition, but also can improve faction fleets if Egosoft choses to make use of it for AI fleets.
