[Request] Lock View for Live Stream Camera

Request:

Add an option to lock the view on live stream camera

Detail:

Sometimes when I don't have a lot of time to play, I will load up my save to let the simulation run for a bit and use the live stream camera to see what's going on. Watching my miners explode asteroids while listening to some music can be oddly relaxing. Having the ability to pause the view that the camera is displaying would be even better.

Currently we can lock on the object (eg: ship) and we can lock on the sector, but we can't lock on the particular view (eg: external, bridge, etc.) and the camera automatically switches through various views. The main drawback to the automatic view switching is it is rather fast (10 seconds maybe) and you don't get a chance to actually admire the view. I think a view lock could be implemented rather simply with a hotkey. Pressing would toggle a boolean that would allow to either call or not call the camera view change function depending on its value.
