Split DLC feature completeness

Hey, since 7.00 is out now i decided to try out a playthrough helping out the Zyarth against the Xenon using a Custom Start.

Here are the Issues I found:
Zyarth doesnt have a Guild against the Xenon although the Xenon are the Main Opponent in the Area and the "Vs. Argon" guild doesnt spawn Missions 2-3 Sectors away from Argon Territory which impairs Player Progression.

After activating CUB and siding with them i found out that they do not have any Production Module Blueprints listed to purchase on their Faction Rep, which could be an issue when you decide to only side with the CUB against Zyarth and you raid the Free Families.
