[7.00] Station construction budget - game change budget allocation on a whim

Has anyone got this issue as well?

When I set-up station construction - sometimes the game change the allocated budget, after I allocated the amount.


E.g. game say the station construction estimated budget is 10 mil, I manually transfer 15 mil (just to be sure it will be enough and don't ever again bother with fund allcoation).
After a few seconds or afer exiting the cosntruction menu, tha game change allcoated fund to something different, e.g. 8 mil.
From what I can see to trades have been contracted that would explain budget change.

It doesn't matter, if I use "accept estimate" button or not.

It's driving me nuts!
