Will Timelines unlocks transfer across different computers?

Just wondering if doing Timelines missions on one computer will still count towards unlocking Timelines content in a different computer using the same Steam account. I'm going on a vacation, and will bring my Steam Deck, and was planning to do Timelines missions on it during the vacation.
