7.0 Can't rebuild Xshuttle

Hello, the Xperimental Shuttle the player can acquire from the timelines epilogue cannot be rebuilt after it's been destroyed. The ship build menu says 0/0 which I take to mean the total number we're allowed to own is 0, when I imagine it's meant to be set to 1. The Dart also seems to be effected by this, though the other racing ships all correctly have a maximum of 1.

In that save you can go to one of the player shipyards and see that the Xperimental Shuttle is at 0/0, the Dart 1/0, and the other claimable ships at 1/1.
