aux ship in Tharka's Cascade XVII, L ship attempting to dock with it but just circles while others are waiting in line to get repaired. the second you teleport in sector, the ships dock like they're supposed to.

also, if you teleport in and let the first ship dock and bounce out of sector before the next one starts its docking sequence, it'll just circle too.
