My mouse in-game is "jittery". The best way I can explain it is that game is running at full/normal FPS, but the mouse is updating at maybe 10 FPS. I.e. it jumps around the screen.
This does NOT happen if I have OBS Studio running and an an active source. Note: does not need to be recording/streaming, just needs to be visible.

5900x
64GB RAM
nixOS unstable
I tried recording a video of it in OBS... which is how I found out it doesn't happen with OBS running

What you see here is I start out with OBS running, but no sources enabled, part way through I enable a source, and then I disable it again a little bit later.I'm unsure if this is an X4 thing, a linux thing, a nixOS thing, or a my system/config thing. I've found a workaround that will suffice, though.
