As the title says, I've been experiencing a very repeatable glitch with the game crashing consistently when changing things like resolution, AA, or even FSR.
I've tried deleting the config file hoping maybe it would reset the settings, but the only way I can change my settings is to manually edit that file. I've tried verifying game files, but that hasn't fixed it either. I have all the DLC, but no mods are enabled. I'm also using an AMD GPU RX6650 XT.
Also this is the GOG installer version, the only other thing I can thing of trying is to do a fresh install.
Edit: A fresh install did not fix this issue.

We can't really help you without any information to work with. There is a sticky thread right at the top of the forum entitled "Technical Support Requests - Please read this before posting!" which explains what information we need and how to provide it.

Unfortunately you didn't make the items public in Google Drive, so we can't access them.

All accessible now, thanks!
The crashdumps indicate one KernelBase crash and two crashes caused by Vulkan not being able to continue correctly after a change in resolution. Both are somewhat likely to be driver-related issues, with the former potentially being something other than graphics drivers.
Your graphics drivers appear to be up to date, but it might be worth trying some slightly older drivers to see whether they've introduced a new problem. While you're at it, it's probably worth updating the drivers for your sound devices and/or disabling that you're not actually using. Make sure you go to the manufacturers' sites for all driver updates, as Windows Update is really not very reliable for this kind of thing.
