Bug [Current Version] AutoTrade is trading wares it isn't supposed to and not finding ttrades it is supposed to

While this problem is widespread, I can show a specific example with a save. My trader (Okinawa VRK-423), assigned to Getsu Fune Trading Station, is supposed to be able to find trades within 4 sectors. Because they have been unwilling to trade energy cells to my starved stations, despite there being sell offers from my stations within ranget, I have deselected "Automatic" under AutoTrade and left only Energy Cells for it to trade. After doing this, it found a trade: to buy and sell 1 Silicon Carbide. I don't know why but none of my traders assigned to my station in Getsu Fune will go to my solar station in Mercury to buy Energy Cells. In fact they will not buy them anywhere, even from my smaller solar station in Getsu Fune.
