Timelines mission a Merchants mind
What exactly Im supposed to do here? obviously, It's about trading. I made several trade runs but no progress what is the mission goal. earn how many credits to get 1 star. no explanation at all

Do you need to do trades to get your account up to an amount? Mission results dependant on number of trades to reach that amount? Make most profitable trades in as few trades as possible?

A Merchant Mind requires you to *have* 50K credits in your wallet to clear. The faster you do it, the better your score. Bonus points for doing it in 10 or fewer trades, for a single trading worth 15K, and one other thing, forget what. Your progress (x/50000) will show your current wallet, so it will look like your progress goes down when you buy goods. It will go back up when you sell them.

my wallet is now at 80000 credits. the mission won't end. is this maybe I'm playing modified? I have a cheat script which can add moneyiceshard wrote: ↑Wed, 26. It definitely wouldn't surprise me if the devs put in measures to prevent players using mods to cheat their way through certain missions. No point in playing a trading based scenario if you can instantly press the win button right from the start.

I would actually be somewhat surprised if this was the case. More likely, it was incidental, as the mission complete trigger was probably something along the lines of a sell order take you across the 50K mark, so if you cheated to above that it wouldn't click. Reason people do that is just to unlock reward or want to see story without doing those stressful thing, most people prefer play sandbox, but do want reward unlock for sandbox, there is no easy mode setting for those who happen to disability or limited/handicap skill since not everyone are same. Yes, it's might seem at first, no point playing in scenario, but there is people do want reward or check out story without doing those call scenario is reason why people often use cheat to get around it in order enjoy game at least in part.
