Hello egosoft. Can you please make a research for Hydra Regal just like you did with all the sport ships? You can make it appear only after all ambassador missions are completed. That should make the actual ship finaly useble instead of a museum exhibit. I mean, you already make it for all the sport ships. So, please consider it as an option.

But Hydra Regal is a "reward" ship, just like those new ships in timeline

Flying unique ships or adding them to fleets is fun until they get blown up and you can't replace them.

It's often said, "don't fly anything you can't afford to lose" and when a ship is irreplaceable it more often that not just ends up as decoration for my PHQ docks.
