As someone who's struggled on/off with spinal issues, the importance of spinal health is very important to me. And while there can be benefits to spinal extension, I worry about remaining in that position for prolonged periods. I've walked all over The Facility and nowhere did I find anything marked 'Occupational Health' or 'Health Centre' which is a worry. Perhaps the 'Higher Ups' and the Mission Director consider us disposable once we're unable to limp back to our quarters? Or maybe, all HR departments have been consigned to to void in the future - or is there a more sinister explanation? Are the missions just a distraction while experiments are being performed on us? Anyway, I digress...
So, what do folks think... Is the Nodus link good for spinal health or not? I'm leaning to not... Largely, because staying in that position with your feet dangling, cannot be healthy in the long-term but others may disagree. Perhaps other species are less prone to spinal issues e.g. Paranid or Teladi but for humans... not sure sure.
Best, as always

For reasons that become apparent as you play through the Timelines plot, the correct answer is C: Not applicable.
