[7.0] 29th Data Vault quest still completion bugged

Hi, still having the problem with unlocking data vaults quest being stuck at 28/29.

Other posts already covering this already in the tech support forums but was told to open a new thread so here it is.

Problem has been around since at least 2021. One example here (with save games attached) -

My own game is from X4 foundations launch, pure vanilla with dlc's, currently version 7.0 with timelines.

Post referred to above suggested it would be fixed in a future build but it is still a problem.

Tried checking all vaults again, they are all unlocked (incl. Erl ship) and quest shows 28/29 with no apparent way of completing it?

It would be a lot more helpful if we had a save from your game.

The save there is much older, and the version difference would likely cause some issues.

Went to the 29th data vault in the Void, double checked that it was unlocked. All the other encyclopedia entries are there and all vaults are unlocked incl. the ones for Erl. Quest still shows as 28/29.

That said, considering that this has been around for forever and there are some other posts with this same bug too I'm just going to give up on getting this fixed. Will live with it in my quest log in my main game and just started a new game where its not there.

Please go ahead and close or just delete this thread and thank you.

P.S. ES has more important fixes to quash!
