Yesterday I saved my game, turned off the computer, didn't restart X till today.

This morning I noticed VRO needed timelines to work with steam, so I paid for Timelines, load up my game, and multiple station construction projects I had started literally as I got off the game are finished.

Maybe. But since VRO didn't change, the only change was that I bought timelines. While it is something I could bring up to the author of that particular mod, I could also bring it up to anyone else who bought timelines.

Sorry, no. We cannot answer any questions about a game that has been modified by a third party in ways we have no knowledge or control over.

Note: If your game is modified in any way, whether via a third party script or mod, or via changes you have made yourself, you will almost certainly be asked to reproduce the problem in an unmodified game before full support can be provided.
