[6.20] Unable to trade with HAT Argon Trade station

Any attempt to trade results in "unable to complete trade". Faction standing is ok.

This is ongoing for a long time now and is super annoying as station traders keep trying to go there, and get stuck.

Linking savegame below. The issue is easy to reproduce:
1. load save
2. you are docked at the station, press Trade
3. Try to buy anything, e.g. 1 drone component
4. Observe it has failed.

I see this has already been reported for 6.1 but there was no response whatsoever.
