This Steam account is already linked to a different forum account

Hi,

I registered an account and linked my steam acc when X4 came out but now I no longer have access to that account and I was required to register a new acc using the same email address.

how can I get ,y steam account unlinked from the inactive account, I still have the OG email with the account details on.
