Are there any signed scripts yet? If so, where can I get them. If not, then I don't mean to sound negative, but is this project still alive?

No, there are no signed scripts yet. Yes, the project is still alive. :)

The ETA is partly dependent on the script authors. I believe some of them have decided to hold off asking for their scripts to be signed until after the 1.4 patch is released.

I thought it was the 'testers' holding off responding to people until 1.4

I've not yet recieved any response or sign of life from the project yet.
