[#1780][6.20] Turret and shield rotated semi-internal on Terran defence module - Fixed in a future build

This old problem isn't entirely dead it seems...

Flying around this station, it seems at least 2 sets of weapons/shields are rotated wrong on each of these defence rings. Flying to a nearby computronic factory, it appears to be common there too.

These ones on the bridge module are floating off the surface instead.
