Hello. I ran across a problem that does not seem to have an answer online. All i get are posts with the same problem, with no replies as to how it was solved.
The issue is as follows:
Out of stupidity, i had both the Geometric Owl and the Yaki storyline Moreya docked at my Falx, one in the internal storage, one outside it. At one point i tried getting the Moreya out, and flew away with it, no problem. Later down the line, i tried getting the Geometric Owl out of the Falx, and nothing happens. It keeps telling me that is being retrieved from internal storage, and to wait. I have been waiting for a few hours now, and nothing happens.
I cannot assign a captain to it to to auto fly it out, since it's locked to my pilot Id. I have not yet completed the Torus mission.
I also cannot land anything else on the Falx, not even drones. It appears that the whole docking port is stuck in a way, with nothing really being able to interact with it.
I have tried all sorts of permutations, like putting the Falx in internal storage on a station, retrieving it, switching pilots around, issuing orders to both ships, to the individual ships, etc. Nothing seems to work.
Is there any way to salvage this, or is this savegame compromised?
I am using the Steam version, 6.20, no mods.
Thank you!
Geometric Owl stuck in Falx internal storage.

Re: Geometric Owl stuck in Falx internal storage.
The docking bay being out of use implies that some ship has already reserved it; that could even be the Geometric Owl in this case. Ships with no pilots can usually be recalled from internal storage at the the control panel of the appropriate docking bay even when proving difficult to do remotely. Of course the Geometric Owl, as an 'unusual' plot ship prior to completing its plot role, may be so special that it is messing up even that mechanism.
I'll flag this up to the relevant dev(s) if you upload a vanilla save directly showing the issue (or give the steps needed to see it on loading the save) to a reputable public fileshare site and give a public access open sharing link here. (How to do this is covered in here as you should know.)
