PM dev CBJ with everything you can recall about the previous Steam and Egosoft accounts (username, e-mail supplier if not e-mail address, X games registered, approx last used date, etc) and details of your current accounts. This is to confirm that you do own all accounts involved for security reasons and to help tracing them - obviously don't use open forum for this. CBJ should be able to help you on his return from holidays.
